8% is actually a pretty good rate for raw land, especially in Montello. That being said, if Quicken will do a loan for you at 4.99%, I'd jump all over it!
ReplyDeleteBetter your credit rating the cheaper it is...I bought my land in Montello with no Interest and $99.00 a month....
